The Lovers Flow: A Guided Partners Yoga February 18, 2023

As we embrace this Venusian energy, we will empower ourselves through slow, centered, intimate yoga (sacred union). Join our live sound and yoga experience body, mind, and spirit. Lover's Flow is gently guided by Madame Mikael as a Karma Yoga practice. Bring a lover, a friend, a mother/father, or kin to this beginner's partner yoga experience. Be prepared for pranayama breathwork, flute meditation, partner stretching, and to learn more about Karma Yoga. This will be a two part series, including next Saturday February 25th, 2023.

Bring all your sistars for collective healing, restoration, and upliftment! Come in your best workout attire as we ignite self confidence with body positive affirmations and yoga. This session is designed to empower the divine feminine within all. We encourage all to show up and hold space!

SATURDAY (4/1) 10AM Melanin is Magic: Let us experience the oneness of the Divine through Ari Ankh Ka, also known as Kemetic Yoga. A practice that allows us to activate resting DNA through breath and movement. In this particular flow we will start with meditation and breathwork then transition to kemetic sequence.The integration of sound vibrations from drumming, breath, and meditative moment will bring us to the frequencies of Ase.
